I order the one litre so I can refill the all the smaller pump bottles . . it seems the most sustainable solution. Thanks for offering the choice!

I’ve used my refill to top up my Bdet foam and I’m enjoying the fabulous smell of the Newanewa scent. The foam works great at turning TP into wet wipes with less environmental impact 😊
Great product. This is just to make sure we don’t run out of the foam wash. A lovely product that does exactly what it says it will do. A lovely light fragrance. Recommend.
I first bought BDÉT quite a while ago to reduce my husband’s use of wipes! He loves it (it even comes along on holiday) of course now so do I. 🙂 I am buying refills for my kitchen detergent and bench wash to save containers and plastic and was so pleased to see that you had brought out a refill. We have been using this product since shortly after it came out. Create your own flushable wet wipes with this pump foam on your regular TP. Be gentle with your tender bottom. Hygenic and comfortable..

It’s convenient, easy to use, portable, and incredibly effective…and eco friendly. What more could you want. Fantastic product. .

Really clean feeling
This was a repeat order as I really love this product. I was, however, concerned when I did not receive notification of delivery, waited several weeks then sent an email. I did not get a reply to my first email so sent a second email. The reply stated that delivery could not be made to the address I had supplied. It would have been appreciated if this had been seen as an issue and communicated to me as soon as my order was received rather than me needing do contact you to find out why no product had been sent when payment had been made.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your message, and we’re truly sorry for the delay and lack of communication regarding your recent order. We should have identified the delivery issue and informed you right away, rather than leaving you to follow up. Missing your first email only added to the frustration, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We value your continued support and are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
